We had a fantastic stay at Grotta Palazzese Beach. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the private beach was beautiful. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions like Monopoli and Alberobello. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting by the sea, offering stunning views. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, providing us with great touristic advice. The breakfast had a nice variety of products and the dinner was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were beyond luxurious. The beach access and sun loungers were exceptional. The room advantages were impressive, with private facilities and an extraordinary view from the solarium. The special diet menus were satisfying, and the location advantages were exceptional.

The lack of attention at breakfast and slow service were minor issues in comparison to the overall experience.

Lovely, clean and spacious with comfortable rooms and a nice bathroom. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and the beach access. Gianni in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Comfortable beds and a pretty view. Beach staff were helpful.

This hotel is perfect for exploring the region with a car as they offer free parking. The location is amazing, right by a beautiful private beach where helpful staff is always available. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was extensive and the staff was attentive.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse, offering many options to choose from. The location near the beach was also a great plus, as it allowed me to enjoy the water and the picturesque views. the private beach was peaceful and not too crowded.

The room I stayed in had several problems, including a non-functional phone and an unpleasant odor. The lack of attention from the receptionists to my concerns was both frustrating and unprofessional, making my xmas stay at this hotel overall disappointing.

The beach wasn't very clean and had trash floating in the water, which wasn't a great experience. The room lacked natural daylight due to the size of the window.

The hotel's location is perfect for enjoying the sunset by the beach just off the coastal AutoStrada. The view is stunning and the private beach is clean and enjoyable. The staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and some have charming terraces. Breakfast is delicious and varied.

The hotel needs renovation and upgrading, especially in the bathrooms and central areas which are dated.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, providing us with excellent touristic advice. The hotel itself was clean and beautiful, offering a picturesque view of the north Apulia. We especially loved the secured parking and private beach, which added to our overall experience. The rooms, although separate from the main building, were comfortable and had adjustable temperatures, allowing us to personalize our stay. We will definitely be returning to Grotta Palazzese Beach next time we visit Apulia.
